Ingredients
  Green onion tops/Chives 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Green pepper 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup)
  Parsley 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Spinach 125 Milliliter (1/2 Cup, Uncooked)
  Lemon juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Mayonnaise 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
Directions

Chop the vegetables coarsley and place in blender with lemon juice.
Cover and blend until it turns into a sort of mush with small bits of this and that in it.
Add to the mayonnaise and blend.
Without the blender, chop the ingrediens very finely and blend into the mayonnaise, crushing them to give as much color as possible to the sauce.
