Spaghetti With Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Whole wheat spaghetti 8 Ounce, uncooked
  Canned no salt added whole tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Fresh mushrooms 12 Ounce, thinly sliced
  No salt added tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Grated carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Red wine 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Prepare spaghetti as directed on package.
Rinse with warm water.
Drain.
Set aside.
In 2-quart casserole, combine all ingredients, except spaghetti and Parmesan cheese.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 10 to 17 minutes, or until mushrooms are tender and flavors are blended, stirring after every 5 minutes.
Place spaghetti on platter.
Mix sauce over spaghetti.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
