Fish Stew In Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound, cut up
  Lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon, divided
  Green peppers 2 Medium, seeded and finely chopped
  Green tomatoes 2 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Onion/Shallots 4 Ounce, finely chopped
  Peas 4 Ounce
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Red wine vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), chopped
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place fish in a medium bowl.
Add enough water to cover.
Add lime juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
In another bowl combine remaining ingredients except oil.
Spread half the mixture in a shallow saucepan.
Drain fish; place over vegetable mixture.
Top with remaining vegetable mixture.
Cover and simmer on low heat about 15 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated.
Remove from heat.
Drizzle with oil, if desired, and serve hot.
Divideevenly.
