Ingredients
  Spinach/Chives 60 Gram
  Mayonnaise 300 Milliliter
Directions

1. Pick, wash and blanch the spinach leaves or chives.
2. Squeeze dry.
3. Pass through a fine sieve.
4. Mix with mayonnaise.
5. Serve with cold salmon.
