Vinaigrette Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper 1 , freshly ground
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Pickles 1 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Chervil 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
  Chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

Combine all the ingredients well and chill.
Serve chilled with chilled seafood on the half shell or heat to lukewarm and serve with hot boiled beef.
