Spaghetti With Tuna Sauce
|Garlic clove||1 Small, finely chopped|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried oregano||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned tuna||6 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Pitted ripe olives||8|
|Cooked thin spaghetti||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Cooked Hot)|
Place margarine and garlic in 4-cup measure.
Microwave uncovered on high (100%) until margarine is melted, about 45 seconds.
Stir in remaining ingredients except spaghetti.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave until bubbly, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
Toss with hot spaghetti.
Sprinkle with snipped parsley if desired.
