Ginger-Garlic Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
  Peeled ginger piece 4 Inch, peeled (Use 2 Fresh Pieces, 2 Inch Each)
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), peeled
  Soy sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped cilantro leaves 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine the ginger, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, honey and vinegar in a blender or food processor.
Puree and then stir in the cilantro and spring onion.
