Cucumber Sauce Sauce Aux Concombres
|Cooked spinach||1 Tablespoon (From 30 Gram Raw)|
|White sauce||150 Milliliter|
1. Peel cucumber and cut into 2.5 cm. (1") slices. Soak in cold water.
2. Drain and saute in 15 gm. of butter with the lid on.
3. Pound well with spinach. Pass through a hair sieve.
4. Reheat along with the sauce. Add cream and seasoning.
