Chocolate Butter Sauce
|Plain chocolate||225 Gram, broken into pieces|
|Unsalted butter||90 Gram, cut into pieces|
Stir the chocolate pieces, water and, if using, the brandy or rum together in a saucepan over a low heat, until the chocolate melts and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from the heat and gradually stir in the butter, until it melts and the sauce is glossy.
Serve hot or cold.
