Ten Minute Tomato Sauce
|Tomato puree||4 Ounce (1 Small Tube Or Can)|
|Cornflour||2 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Peel and grate both onion and apple.
Heat butter or margarine and fry onion for a few minutes, then apple.
Add tomato puree, cornflour blended with water and seasoning.
Bring to the boil, and stir until smooth.
Simmer gently for about 10 minutes, taste and re-season.
Add sugar if wished.
