Steaks With Bearnaise Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Boneless beef steaks 16 Ounce (Tender, Fillets, Rib Or Market Steaks, Or Cube Steaks, 4 Small Sized, 3 Or 4 Ounce Each)
  Bearnaise Sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Quick Blender)
Directions

In a small pan over medium heat, melt butter.
Add parsley and onion; cook until onion is limp.
Remove from heat.
Brush onion butter over one side of each steak.
Grill or broil steaks to desired degree of doneness, turning once and brushing with the remaining butter.
While steaks are cooking, make bearnaise sauce.
Place steaks on individual plates and top with 2 tablespoons of sauce; pass remaining sauce at the table.
