Zucchini In Yogurt Sauce
|Zucchini||3 Medium, cut into 1/4-inch slices|
|Yogurt||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place zucchini in buttered casserole.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, dill and cayenne.
Pour yogurt over zucchini and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover casserole and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake until zucchini is tender and lightly browned.
