|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Tamari soy sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Cheddar cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated|
In a saucepan, heat butter or oil, stir in flour, then add milk slowly, stirring until sauce is thickened.
Add seasonings and cheese.
Continue to heat, stirring constantly, until cheese has melted.
Salt to taste.
