Pike With Egg Sauce

Ingredients
  Pike fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Hard cooked eggs 3 , diced
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut fish into serving pieces and arrange on greased rack in large skillet.
Sprinkle fish with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Put boiling water in bottom of skillet.
Cover; simmer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Add milk and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Add eggs and wine; season with salt and pepper.
Cover fish with sauce and sprinkle with paprika.
