Coney Island Chili Sauce

|Beef||1⁄2 Pound, ground (lean)|
|Onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (canned)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||3⁄4 Teaspoon (or to taste)|
Combine beef, onion and garlic in large skillet over medium-high heat and stir until mixture is finely crumbled.
Four off any excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
