Coney Island Chili Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef 1⁄2 Pound, ground (lean)
  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (canned)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon (or to taste)
Directions

Combine beef, onion and garlic in large skillet over medium-high heat and stir until mixture is finely crumbled.
Four off any excess fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
