Spicy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
  Peanut oil/Sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Scallion 2 , chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chunky peanut butter 3 Tablespoon
  Water 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Lime juice 1 Teaspoon
  Artificial sweetener 1⁄8 Teaspoon (1 Packet Sweet N Low)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

In a heavy skillet, heat oil and saute green onions, garlic and chili power for 1 minute.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well as it heats.
Add more water if it gets too thick.
This sauce is great over vegetables or chicken.
