Yogurt Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
  Plain unflavored yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumber 1⁄4 Medium, pared, seeded, and diced
  Lemon juice/Cider vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Dill weed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Imitation mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Aromatic bitters 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl combine yogurt and cucumber.
Stir in lemon juice or cider vinegar, dill weed, paprika, and salt.
Blend in imitation mayonnaise and aromatic bitters if desired.
Excellent with salmon or cold poached fish.
Divide evenly.
