Microwave Sour Cream Sauce
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Combine ingredients in 2-cup measure or small bowl.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) 1 to 2 minutes, or until warm and brown sugar melts, stirring well after 1 minute.
Serve warm over cake desserts, puddings, steamed puddings and many other desserts.
