Sauteed Shrimp With Green Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Fresh basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), processed in blender
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, processed in blender
  Shelled and deveined shrimp 10 Ounce
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Instant chicken broth and seasoning mix 3 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Cooked long grain rice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Hot)
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
Directions

In 9-inch skillet heat oil; add garlic and saute briefly (do not brown).
Stir in basil and parsley; add shrimp and saute just until shrimp turn pink.
Add water, broth mix, and pepper and cook until thoroughly heated, 3 to 5 minutes.
Spoon shrimp mixture over rice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
