Sour Cream And Horseradish Sauce

|Sour cream||2 Pint (4 Cups)|
|Horseradish||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|White bread slice||5 , crusts trimmed, torn into fine pieces (Fresh)|
|Whipping cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl and mash with fork to blend well.
Whip cream until stiff.
Stir 1/4 into horseradish mixture to loosen, then gently fold in remainder.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
