Sour Cream And Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Sour cream 2 Pint (4 Cups)
  Horseradish 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained
  White bread slice 5 , crusts trimmed, torn into fine pieces (Fresh)
  Whipping cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl and mash with fork to blend well.
Whip cream until stiff.
Stir 1/4 into horseradish mixture to loosen, then gently fold in remainder.
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
