White Wine Sauce With Sweet Pickle Relish

Ingredients
  Minced scallion 1 (Or Green Onion)
  Butter/Margarine/ fat / salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sauterne/Chablis / rhine wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Sweet pickle relish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Saute the minced scallion in the butter until tender.
Add mustard, sugar, tomatoes, wine, salt and pepper.
Let simmer, uncovered, 20 min., then add relish.
Heat, then serve with broiled or sauteed fish.
