Ingredients
  Basic white sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Freshly grated parmesan cheese/Freshly grated romano cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash (To Taste)
  Dry sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste, freshly ground
Directions

Stir the cheese into the hot sauce.
Add the remaining ingredients.
