Shrimp In Buttery Sauce
|Rice||4 Cup (64 tbs) (4 Servings)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped chives||1 Teaspoon|
|Parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Shrimp||1 Pound (Fresh Or Defrosted)|
Cook rice conventionally while microwaving shrimp.
In 12x8-in glass dish, melt butter at High 30 to 60 seconds.
Blend in all ingredients except shrimp.
Add shrimp and coat with sauce.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at High 4 1/2 to 7 1/2 minutes, or until shrimp are opaque, stirring after half the cooking time.
