Beef Pizza Sauce
|Ground beef||6 Pound|
|Tomato paste||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Onions||2 , diced|
|Sweet pickles||5 Large, diced|
Combine the ground beef and sausage in a skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until brown.
Drain off fat.
Add remaining ingredients, then cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
Pack into hot sterilized jars, leaving room for expansion.
Place lids and rings on the jars and tighten.
Process at 10 pounds pressure for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Use one quart sauce per pizza.
Top with pepperoni or mushrooms and grated cheese.
