Honeydew Melon With Strawberry Sauce

Ingredients
  Strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced (fresh)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Honeydew melon 4 (ripe, 3 inch)
Directions

1. In a food processor or blender, combine the strawberries, sugar and vanilla; puree. If making ahead of time, cover and refrigerate.
2. Cut each wedge of honeydew melon into thirds to make three 1-inch wedges. Run a knife blade between the rind and the flesh to separate. Discard the rinds. Arrange 3 wedges on each dessert plate and spoon about 1/4 cup of the strawberry sauce over each.
