Two Sauces For Fresh Oysters

Have you ever had oysters on your party menu? Here's a great way to serve fresh oysters... a classic Mignonette Sauce and a classic Cocktail Sauce. Try them the next time you have raw oysters.
Ingredients
  Oysters 1 Ounce, washed and cleaned
  Black pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Shallots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), finely chopped
  Red wine vinegar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Horseradish 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Dash
  Black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

For the Mignonette sauce:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and pour over the oysters.
For the cocktail sauce:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix well. Pour over the oysters.

Just a head's up, you say 2 cups of horseradish in the recipe but you mention 2 tablespoons in the video. You may want to change the written recipe. ;)
