Prawns In Garlic Chilli Sauce

Ingredients
  Prawns 500 Gram
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic flakes 5
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Cumin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chilies 8
  Tomatoes 250 Gram
  Vinegar 50 Milliliter
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Clean prawns.
2. Grind spices using vinegar.
3. Heat oil. Fry spices. Add prawns and blanched tomatoes and salt.
4. Bring to boil. Simmer till done.
5. Add vinegar as desired before removing.
