Chilli Garlic Sauce
|Red chili powder||100 Gram|
|Garlic||12 Clove (60 gm) (Large Cloves)|
|White vinegar||3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)|
|Grated fresh ginger||3 Teaspoon|
|Salt||3 Teaspoon (Leveled)|
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer until the sultanas are very soft.
Cool the mixture and liquidise it.
Store in a clean sterilised bottle.
