Mackerel with Spiced Mustard Sauce
|Mackerel||6 , cleaned (4-6 mackerel)|
|French mustard||3 Tablespoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pepper seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon wedges||3 (For Garnish)|
Combine mustard, flour, cayenne and seasoned pepper and mix well for spiced mustard sauce.
Wash fish and pat dry.
Spread evenly all over with the sauce and sprinkle with salt.
Place fish in a hinged wire grid and cook over medium hot coals for 18-20 minutes, turning and basting often with the sauce.
