Raw Asparagus with Cream Cheese Dipping Sauce
|Cream cheese||8 Ounce (1 Package, At Room Temperature)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole green onions||3 , minced|
|Capers||2 Tablespoon, drained|
|Minced fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Asparagus tips||2 Pound (Thin Tips, Raw Ones)|
Combine all ingredients except asparagus in medium mixing bowl and blend until smooth, using just enough sour cream to make soft consistency.
Cover and chill until ready to serve.
Transfer to crock or serving dish and surround with asparagus tips.
Sauce will keep up to three days covered in refrigerator
