Mustard Celery Sauce

Ingredients
  Powdered mustard 4 Ounce
  Turmeric 1 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White vinegar 3 1⁄2 Quart
  Celery seed 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard seed 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix dry ingredients.
Add a little of the vinegar, stirring to a smooth paste.
Add remaining vinegar and seeds.
Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
