Easy Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese/Swiss cheese / 1 jar cheese with smoky flavor 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Melt butter.
Remove from heat.
Blend in flour and seasonings.
Gradually add milk, stirring until well mixed.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
Cook for 5 minutes longer.
Add cheese.
Stir until well blended.
