Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Horseradish 120 Gram, grated to make 4 tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 22 Milliliter (1 1/2 Tablespoon)
  Milk 75 Milliliter
  Cream 75 Milliliter
Directions

1. Scrub, peel and grate radish.
2. Mix mustard, sugar and salt.
3. Add slightly whipped cream.
4. Add the vinegar gradually. Stir gently.
5. Add horseradish gradually.
