Strawberries And Bananas With Chocolate Coconut Sauce

Ingredients
  Coconut milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Semisweet chocolate chips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Maple syrup 1 Tablespoon
  Strawberries 1 Pint, washed, stemmed, and quartered
  Ripe bananas 2 , peeled and cut into 3/4 inch thick diagonals
  Dried unsweetened coconut 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat the coconut milk in a small saucepan until almost boiling. Remove from the heat. Add the chocolate chips, cover, and let stand for 2 or 3 minutes.
2. Uncover and add the vanilla and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth.
3. Divide the strawberries and bananas among 4 dessert bowls or tall parfait glasses. Drizzle the chocolate sauce over each serving, and then sprinkle a tablespoon of the coconut over the top.
