Broiled Salmon with Green Sauce

  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), cut into wedges
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Anchovy fillets 2
  Parsley sprigs 6
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed and peeled
  Capers 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon, drained, rinsed
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon (Fresh Or Dried)
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salmon steaks 2 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)

1. Preheat the broiler.
2. In a food processor or blender, combine the lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of the oil, the butter, anchovies, parsley, garlic, capers, rosemary, pepper, and salt, and process until smooth and well blended.
3. Coat the salmon steaks on both sides with the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Place the steaks on a broiler pan and broil 4 inches from the heat for 3 to 4 minutes. Turn and broil for 4 minutes, or until the salmon is slightly golden and just flakes when tested with a fork.
4. Divide the salmon steaks among 4 dinner plates and top with a generous tablespoonful of green sauce. Serve with the lemon wedges.
