  Plain yogurt 2 Cup (32 tbs) (low fat)
  Light brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1 Teaspoon, chopped (crystallized)
Directions

In a small bowl combine yogurt, brown sugar and ginger; mix well.
Serve with fresh berries or fruit.
