All Purpose Onion Sauce

Ingredients
  Corn oil margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable broth 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Either Homemade Or Canned)
  Lite soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

In a saucepan over medium heat melt margarine.
Add onion.
Cook until light brown.
Stir in flour; remove from heat.
Stir in broth, soy sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
