Broiled Sole With Curried Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients
  Sole fillets 12 Ounce, boned (4 Fillets, 3 Ounce Each)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  White pepper To Taste
  Dry white wine 1 Tablespoon
  Plain low fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated horseradish 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Sprinkle the fillets with lemon juice and white pepper.
Place the wine in the bottom of a nonstick pan and then add the fish fillets.
Broil quickly, about 4-5 minutes.
Do not turn the fillets.
Combine the sauce ingredients and serve on the side.
Garnish the sole with lemon slices and parsley if desired.
