Spicy Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 115 Gram
  Onion 20 Gram
  Chilies 2 (Use Ripe Variety)
  Sugar 30 Gram
  Vinegar 35 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Place in heavy bottomed pan the tomatoes peeled and quartered, diced onion, sugar, salt and vinegar.
2. Cook for 1 1/2 hours or until mixture ceases to look watery.
3. Add finely chopped chillies (without seeds) and cook for half an hour.
4. Place in sterilized iars and process in a hot water bath for 15 minutes.
5. Use for hamburgers or cold meats.
