Basic Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 4 Teaspoon
  Pepper/White pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shredded american cheese/Process swiss cheese 3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)
Directions

In a small saucepan melt margarine.
Stir in cornstarch and pepper; add milk.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly, then cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Add cheese, stirring to melt.
