Spicy Garlic Sauce
|Garlic cloves||1⁄3 Ounce, peeled (10 Gram, 4 Medium Pieces)|
|Light soy sauce||60 Milliliter (Or Reduced Salt, 1/4 Cup)|
|Chicken broth||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup, Preferably Chinese Chicken Broth)|
|Rice wine||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Oriental sesame oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili oil/Bottled chili paste||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Drop the garlic through the feed tube of a food processor with the metal blade in place and the motor running and chop finely, about 5 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until well combined, about 5 seconds.
