Spicy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
  Garlic cloves 1⁄3 Ounce, peeled (10 Gram, 4 Medium Pieces)
  Light soy sauce 60 Milliliter (Or Reduced Salt, 1/4 Cup)
  Chicken broth 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup, Preferably Chinese Chicken Broth)
  Rice wine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Oriental sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Chili oil/Bottled chili paste 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Drop the garlic through the feed tube of a food processor with the metal blade in place and the motor running and chop finely, about 5 seconds.
Add the remaining ingredients and process until well combined, about 5 seconds.
