Meatballs In Sweet and Sour Sauce
|Cider vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned crushed pineapple||15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Apricot preserves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Packed brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Ground ginger||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Frozen meatballs||16 Ounce (1 Package)|
Measure vinegar into 1-cup measure.
Stir in cornstarch until smooth.
Mix remaining ingredients except meatballs in 2-qt casserole.
Stir in vinegar and cornstarch.
Microwave at High 6 to 9 minutes, or until mixture is clear and thickened, stirring every 3 minutes.
Add frozen meatballs.
Reduce power to 70% (Medium-High).
Microwave 10 to 13 minutes, or until heated, stirring every 3 minutes.
Serve over rice, if desired.
