Velvet Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Sharp process american cheese 2 Ounce, shredded (1/2 Cup)
  Mayonnaise/Salad dressing 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine cheese and mayonnaise; cook and stir over low heat till cheese melts.
Blend in sour cream; heat through.
Dash with paprika. (For extra-smooth sauce, beat with rotary beater just before serving.).
