Low Fat Dill And Sour Cream Sauce

|Non fat sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|1% milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped dill||1 Tablespoon|
|Cracked black pepper||To Taste|
In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and milk.
Cover with plastic wrap and set aside at room temperature for 8 hours or overnight.
Stir in the dill and sugar.
Season with the salt and pepper.
Refrigerate until cold.
