Noodles With Crispy Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Pasta/8 ounces packaged medium wide noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 Recipe)
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cooked beef roast/Pork roast 2 Cup (32 tbs), slivered
  Chopped parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Boiling salted water 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut fresh pasta into medium-wide noodles about 10 inches long.
In a wide frying pan over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter.
Add meat and cook, stirring occasionally, until meat is crisp and browned (about 5 minutes).
Add parsley, basil, salt, oregano, and pepper.
Cook just until parsley begins to turn limp.
Cook noodles in a large kettle of boiling salted water until al dente (1 to 2 minutes for fresh noodles, or follow package directions).
Drain noodles and turn into a shallow serving bowl.
Spoon sauce over noodles and toss lightly.
Garnish the top with tomatoes.
Pass Parmesan cheese to sprinkle over individual servings.
