  Plain low fat yogurt 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Diced peeled cucumber 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

To make Cucumber & Yogurt Sauce, beat cheese and yogurt together until smooth.
Blend in cucumber, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
