Macaroni With Chili Beef Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef round 1⁄2 Pound, diced
  Ground beef round 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can Or 3 1/2 Cups)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked bay leaf 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Uncooked elbow macaroni 8 Ounce (2 Cups)
Directions

Brown diced and ground beef in butter in heavy saucepan.
Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, water, salt and seasonings; mix well.
Cover and simmer 1 hour 15 minutes.
Uncover and cook 15 minutes longer.
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Combine with meat mixture.
