Creamy Chilli Sauce

Ingredients
  Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Minced ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Cooked mashed pumpkin 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), mashed
  Kashmiri masala 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Light sour cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh coriander 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Heat oil in small pan, saute onion, garlic, ginger until golden brown.
Add pumpkin, masala paste, salt, chilli powder(if using), stir for 1 min, add capsicum, cover and cook on low for 1 minute, add water, bring to boil, stir till thick paste is formed.
Adjust salt, chilli to taste.
Remove from heat, stir in cream, coriander.
