|Cranberries||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)|
|Sliced tart apples||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Orange juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated orange rind||2 Tablespoon (Rind Of 1 Orange)|
Combine cranberries, apples, water and orange juice.
Bring to a boil, turn heat down and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until cranberries have popped and apples are tender.
Add honey and orange rind.
Puree in electric blender.
Serve warm or cold.
