Cranberry Applesauce

Ingredients
  Cranberries 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh / Frozen)
  Sliced tart apples 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 2 Tablespoon (Rind Of 1 Orange)
Directions

Combine cranberries, apples, water and orange juice.
Bring to a boil, turn heat down and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes until cranberries have popped and apples are tender.
Add honey and orange rind.
Puree in electric blender.
Serve warm or cold.
