Basic Homemade Barbecue Sauce

Try this tasty recipe for your friends, I am sure they will love it. This appetizing dish from American cuisine can be prepared by boiling and can be served as side dish.
  Chopped tomatoes 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Onions 2 Large, chopped
  Red chilli pepper 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed
  White vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Take 5 cups of chopped tomatoes and cook tomatoes along with chopped large onions.
Add ½ table spoon of red chili pepper and half a table spoon of seeds.
Add 2 mashed garlic cloves.
Allow the mixture to cook for about thirty minutes and put them through the food processor.
Result is nice smooth sauce.
Bring back to boil and simmer.
Add quarter cup of white vinegar, add juice of one lemon and pinch of nutmeg.
Add ½ a table spoon of dry mustard and one table spoon of salt and quarter cup of brown sugar.
Stir constantly and cook for about 40 minutes.
Mix will become nice and thick.
Preserve the sauce in jars.
